Epic Advisory Group helps businesses get built, structured, and grown. Depending on what you engage us for, our services may include:
- Website design and build, and the digital presence around it.
- Company formation and supporting structuring work.
- The Epic Ascent launch program, from Base Camp through the Summit.
- Growth services such as automation, search visibility, lead capture, reputation, and email or SMS.
- Advisory work including structuring, governance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.
The specific scope, fees, and timeline for any paid engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, proposal, or order. Where those documents conflict with these Terms, the engagement-specific terms control for that engagement.
03 Acceptable Use
You may use this website and our services for lawful and legitimate business purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site or services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or another user's information.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the site or services.

04 Payment Terms
Fees for our services are set out in your written agreement, proposal, or payment link. Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize the charge and confirm you are permitted to use the payment method. Unless your agreement states otherwise, fees are due as invoiced or at the point of purchase, and work begins once payment or the agreed deposit is received. Fees do not include taxes that may apply, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
05 Refunds and Cancellations
Our services are performed and delivered work, not a subscription to access software. Because work begins promptly and is custom to your business, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, we will refund amounts paid for that work, less any costs already incurred on your behalf. Where a specific refund or cancellation term applies to your engagement, it is set out in your written agreement and controls.
06 Deliverables and Ownership
When you have paid in full for an engagement, you own the final deliverables we create specifically for you, such as your website and its content, subject to any third-party components and any tools or systems we license to you rather than transfer. We may retain and reuse our own underlying methods, frameworks, templates, and know-how, and we may reference the general nature of the work in our portfolio unless your agreement says otherwise. We do not host other businesses' websites; sites we build are delivered on your own domain and infrastructure.
07 Client Responsibilities
To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely access, content, approvals, and any required credentials, and to confirm that materials you give us do not infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide for formation and for reviewing deliverables before they go live. Delays in your responses may affect timelines.
08 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the Epic Advisory Group name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Epic Advisory Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for deliverables you own under your engagement, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
09 Advisory Guidance, Not Legal or Securities Advice
Our advisory work, including structuring, governance, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, is strategic guidance. It is not legal, securities, investment, tax, or accounting advice, and nothing we provide is an offer or solicitation of any security. An attorney reviews anything legally binding before it is filed, and qualified securities counsel reviews all securities filings. You should obtain advice specific to your circumstances before acting.
10 Disclaimers
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic Advisory Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
